Clinical Studies

Nuvastatic™ is being evaluated in a comprehensive clinical development programme comprising six clinical studies with a planned enrolment of approximately 1,200 cancer patients. To date, close to 500 patients have participated in randomized clinical studies. Completed Phase II and Phase III trials have demonstrated significant improvements in cancer-related fatigue, quality of life, oxidative stress biomarkers, and selected laboratory and clinical outcome measures, with additional analyses of blood profiles, tumour markers, organ function, and tumour response further expanding the evidence base.
